Overview
Assist New & Used Team Lead, Director of Administration and Finance in areas of dealership financial and accounting activities, and report generation.  Serve as administrative support liaison for New and Used Truck Departments. 

Accountabilities

  • Process new truck orders
  • Process/Post truck factory invoices 
  • Pre-stock units into CDK/CDK Overdrive accounting software
  • Assign stock# for new trucks
  • Process billing paperwork for new truck deals
  • Process MCO/MSO received
  • Process checks and submit for all title/license fees-may run to DMV as needed
  • Process/Code truck payments as backup
  • Process any finance documents as needed
  • Process new truck PO’s 
  • Process temporary plates for truck sales 
  • Update new truck lot locations
  • Prepare and gather any necessary items for each folder before filing
  • New Truck filing and maintaining filing cabinets
  • Assist anywhere else as needed in new truck dept & other accounting staff

  • Accounting knowledge
