Office Administrator

Accountabilities:

  1. Greet customer and vendors
  2. Answer multi-line telephone switchboard
  3. Prepare daily deposit
    1. Balance cash drawers daily
    2. Take deposit to bank daily
    3. Send all accounts receivable checks to Milwaukee
  4. Process accounts payable invoices
  5. Reconcile vendor statements
  6. Mail and correspondence handling
    1. Open and distribute incoming mail
    2. Handle postage for outgoing mail and packages
    3. Deliver outgoing mail to post office as needed
  7. Purchase office supplies and manage Inventory
  8. Maintain customer welcome and hospitality area
  9. Assist in the distribution of corporate communications
  10. Review sales tax for the dealership
  11. Process paperwork related to year-end inventory
  12. Assist General Manager and department managers as needed

 

Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience Required:

  1. Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
  2. Ability to work independently and solve problems
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Highly skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks and projects
  5. Experience with Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills

 

Educational Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
