Office Administrator
Department: Administration
Location: Racine
Accountabilities:
- Greet customer and vendors
- Answer multi-line telephone switchboard
- Prepare daily deposit
- Balance cash drawers daily
- Take deposit to bank daily
- Send all accounts receivable checks to Milwaukee
- Process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Mail and correspondence handling
- Open and distribute incoming mail
- Handle postage for outgoing mail and packages
- Deliver outgoing mail to post office as needed
- Purchase office supplies and manage Inventory
- Maintain customer welcome and hospitality area
- Assist in the distribution of corporate communications
- Review sales tax for the dealership
- Process paperwork related to year-end inventory
- Assist General Manager and department managers as needed
Skills, Knowledge and/or Experience Required:
- Highly professional with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks and projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and strong Excel skills
Educational Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
