Overview
Receive and direct all incoming calls to the dealership; represent dealership to customers, visitors, and callers in an efficient and courteous manner; provide clerical support as required

Accountabilities:

  • Greet Customer and Vendors
  • Handle dealership switchboard - all incoming calls
  • Prepare Daily Deposit
    • Balance cash drawers daily
    • Take deposit to Bank
    • Send all Accounts Receivable checks to Milwaukee
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices
  • Mail
    • Open and distribute incoming mail
    • Handle postage
    • Take outgoing mail to post office daily
  • Process International Invoices for Parts Warehouse
    • Work with parts department to receive all paperwork needed, including OEM programs as requested by the General Manager
    Reconcile International Invoices to statement at month end
  • Maintain HR Communications Board
  • Oversee and maintain the beverage distribution areas
  • Order supplies for Milwaukee Dealership as needed
  • Assist General Manager, Business Manager, Leasing Manager, Parts Manager, Service Manager(s) as needed
  • Confidentiality with respect to critical dealership information

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

  • Customer focused and highly professional
  • Good troubleshooting, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, good Excel skills

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
