Job Details
- Place a premium on delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Assign and schedule maintenance work and track progress
- Draft the details of customer work orders
- Advise customers of completion time and other service-related updates
- Enter labor charges on repair orders and assure accuracy of repair order information
- Maintain Service Department library and pertinent information
Ideal Candidate
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3-years truck or auto technician experience or previous Service Supervisor/Advisor experience
- Does what’s best for the customer and ensures the delivery of the best customer experience
- Supports the Service Manager by ensuring a positive culture exists throughout the department
