Lease Account Manager

Purpose:
To support and grow the truck lease, rental, and contract maintenance fleet.

Accountabilities:
• Promote full service lease, rental, and contract maintenance in assigned area of responsibility
• Take full advantage of available resources for industry training and education
• Achieve sales and profitability objectives for full service lease and contract maintenance per annual sales goals
• Contribute to the growth of our full-service lease fleet through new customer acquisitions
• Prospecting activity properly logged in CRM
• Follow the established rating policy for all full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance
• Create brand awareness by maintaining a high presence in the assigned AOR
• Review all specs, rate sheets, and proposals with sales manager to ensure accuracy
• Enhance the overall operation of the dealership by supporting Sales, Parts, Body shop, and Service
• Manage key vendor and customer relationships
• Communicate regularly with assigned accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with the collection from overdue accounts as needed
• Complete reports assigned by sales manager
• Promote and Represent Lakeside International Trucks and Badgerland Idealease while at work and in the Market

Skills, Knowledge and/ or Experience Required:
• Customer focused
• Ability and willingness to get a Commercial Driver’s License
• Value-Based sales skill and experience
• Eager to learn from peers and manager
• Good Written and Verbal communication Skills
• Self-Starter
• Organizational skills
• Leadership skills

Educational Requirements:
• College degree or Medium/Heavy duty truck industry equivalent experience
